We just came down from the upper regions of the Volcan Baru foothills and boy do we have some coffee for you. This small finca has been carefully brought back to life after years of neglect. Now into it’s 4th year of rehabilitation I believe these cherries are the best this farm has ever produced.
We’ll keep you posted as these cherries are run through processing. It is a micro-lot and should produce about 100 pounds of roasted coffee – be sure to order early before this great pick is gone!
